How to enable TLS 1.2 on Windows Server 2008/2016

Note: IF you are running Windows Server 2008 you will demand to download the following update before proceeding:

10. Repeat the procedure for the Server primal, creating the same DWORDS with the aforementioned values
11. Exit the registry and reboot your server
